Dedicated Employment Specialists offering personalised one-on-one support

We support amazing people – including those who are either out of work or find it hard to retain a job due to disability or physical and mental health issues – to find, stay and thrive in employment.

Our Partners

The Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care (IPSPC), known locally as ‘Working Well East Midlands,’ is funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC).

Nottingham City Council is leading the service delivered by East Midlands Chamber in partnership with Inspire Training and Futures Advice Skills and Employment.

Our dedicated Employment Specialists offer personalised one-on-one support to help you discover fulfilling paid employment tailored just for you. We are committed to being your advocate, recognising your potential, and assisting you in securing suitable full- or part-time work.

We provide guidance on managing debts, accessing benefits, and maintaining your wellbeing, continuing our support even after you’ve landed your new job.

We extend our expertise to support employed individuals and employers in maintaining a healthy workforce, providing training and valuable advice through our team of experienced and approachable professionals.

  • are unemployed or employed
  • live or registered with a GP surgery in Nottingham City, Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe
